Scholarship Application

We understand that therapy is necessary, yet not affordable for everyone.  For those circumstance we offer the following:  A sliding scale is provided for the fees of services rendered based on the client’s ability to pay.

 

A scholarship is available for individuals who cannot afford to pay for therapy through The Living Well Mission, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring individuals receive counseling.  The application can be found at by clicking the button below. Typically scholarships are awarded within 48 hours of application
